A newly incorporated not-for-profit organization based in Ontario, Canada — built to fill a critical gap in housing innovation and SME support.
Our Mission
OHPIN exists to support small-to-medium property management companies and real estate SMEs across southern Ontario by providing practical training, mentorship, prop-tech tools, green retrofit frameworks, creative financing guidance, and peer networks.
Our goal is to modernize operations, improve housing affordability, drive clean economic growth, and help operators scale efficiently while delivering better outcomes for tenants and communities.

A southern Ontario where every small and medium property management company has the tools, knowledge, and networks to operate efficiently, affordably, and sustainably — creating stronger communities and a more resilient housing sector for generations to come.
Why We Exist
Ontario's housing sector is dominated by thousands of small-to-medium property management companies — yet these SMEs receive far less institutional support than large-scale operators. The result is a fragmented industry where inefficiencies, outdated practices, and missed opportunities for clean growth are the norm rather than the exception.
Many SME operators are managing properties with limited access to modern prop-tech tools, green retrofit guidance, or creative financing education. They lack the peer networks and mentorship structures that would help them scale and professionalize their operations.
OHPIN was created to close this gap — bringing together experienced industry leaders, government alignment, and practical programming to lift the entire sector.
